4biddenknowledge TV TOURS

1. Scope of Agreement

This Agreement applies to all 4biddenknowledge TV tours and travel experiences, regardless of destination, country, continent, itinerary, tour name, host, guide, vendor, transportation method, lodging provider, or year of travel.

This Agreement applies to, without limitation, tours, retreats, conferences, pilgrimages, archaeological site visits, sacred site visits, cruises, hikes, excursions, workshops, private events, transportation, meals, lodging, optional activities, and any related travel services arranged, promoted, sold, coordinated, or hosted by 4biddenknowledge TV.

2. Voluntary Participation and Assumption of Risk

I understand that travel, especially international travel, involves inherent and unpredictable risks. These risks may include, but are not limited to:

• Personal injury, illness, disease, infection, food poisoning, dehydration, exhaustion, allergic reactions, medical emergencies, hospitalization, permanent disability, or death;
• Accidents involving buses, vans, cars, taxis, boats, ships, trains, aircraft, animals, walking paths, stairs, ruins, archaeological sites, temples, mountains, deserts, caves, water, or uneven terrain;
• War, terrorism, civil unrest, political instability, riots, protests, border closures, sanctions, strikes, military action, invasion, government action, curfews, or emergency declarations;
• Natural disasters, extreme weather, earthquakes, floods, fires, landslides, hurricanes, storms, excessive heat, cold, altitude sickness, or environmental hazards;
• Crime, theft, robbery, assault, lost luggage, lost documents, lost passports, scams, or acts of third parties;
• Airline delays, flight cancellations, missed connections, transportation delays, supplier cancellations, hotel issues, itinerary changes, or logistical disruptions;
• Risks associated with local laws, customs, food, water, sanitation, medical care, roads, infrastructure, and emergency response availability;
• Risks related to pandemics, epidemics, viruses, bacteria, parasites, communicable diseases, quarantines, testing rules, vaccine rules, and government restrictions.

I knowingly and voluntarily assume all risks, whether known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, associated with booking, traveling to, attending, or participating in any 4biddenknowledge TV tour.

3. Health, Fitness, and Medical Responsibility

I represent that I am physically, mentally, emotionally, and medically capable of participating in the tour I have selected.

I understand that 4biddenknowledge TV is not a medical provider and does not provide medical advice, medical care, diagnosis, treatment, emergency evacuation, or health supervision.

I am solely responsible for consulting my own physician before travel, obtaining all recommended or required vaccinations, medications, prescriptions, medical clearances, and travel health guidance.

I understand that medical care in foreign countries may be limited, delayed, unavailable, or different from care in the United States. I accept full responsibility for all medical expenses, emergency transportation, evacuation, hospitalization, treatment, quarantine, medication, and related costs.

4. Release of Liability and Covenant Not to Sue

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue 4biddenknowledge TV, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, guides, hosts, agents, affiliates, representatives, successors, assigns, vendors, and related entities from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, expenses, liabilities, injuries, illnesses, death, property damage, emotional distress, financial loss, or other harm arising out of or related to my booking, travel, attendance, or participation in any tour.

This release applies to all claims arising from or related to injury, illness, death, disease, accident, travel delays, cancellations, war, terrorism, civil unrest, government action, weather, natural disaster, supplier failure, transportation issues, medical emergencies, acts or omissions of third-party vendors, theft, loss, damage, and any event outside the direct control of 4biddenknowledge TV.

I understand that this Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by applicable law.

Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive liability where such waiver is prohibited by law, including, where applicable, intentional misconduct, fraud, or gross negligence.

5. Indemnification and Hold Harmless

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 4biddenknowledge TV, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, guides, hosts, affiliates, successors, assigns, vendors, and related entities from and against any and all claims, demands, lawsuits, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, judgments, settlements, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to:

• My participation in any tour;
• My injury, illness, death, or property loss;
• My actions or omissions;
• My violation of this Agreement;
• My violation of any law, rule, regulation, or local custom;
• My interaction with other travelers, third parties, vendors, guides, hotels, airlines, transportation providers, or government authorities;
• Any claim brought by me, my family members, heirs, estate, representatives, or assigns.

This indemnification obligation survives the completion, cancellation, postponement, or transfer of any tour.

6. Third-Party Suppliers and Independent Contractors

I understand that 4biddenknowledge TV may arrange, coordinate, refer, or connect travelers with third-party suppliers, including but not limited to hotels, airlines, cruise operators, bus companies, drivers, guides, restaurants, local tour operators, event venues, ticket providers, government sites, travel agencies, insurance companies, and excursion operators.

I understand that these third parties are independent contractors and are not employees or agents of 4biddenknowledge TV.

4biddenknowledge TV is not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, delays, cancellations, failures, errors, bankruptcies, insolvency, injuries, illnesses, deaths, losses, or damages caused by third-party suppliers.

7. Absolute No-Refund Policy

I understand and agree that all payments are final, non-refundable, and non-cancelable. This includes, without limitation, deposits, partial payments, payment plans, final balances, VIP upgrades, add-ons, single supplements, event tickets, excursions, administrative fees, processing fees, and any other amounts paid to 4biddenknowledge TV.

I understand and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:

• War, rumors of war, terrorism, civil unrest, political instability, border closures, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, epidemics, illness, injury, death in the family, fear of travel, personal emergencies, financial hardship, lost passport, visa denial, flight cancellation, airline delay, missed flight, missed connection, schedule conflict, work conflict, relationship changes, pregnancy, medical issues, weather, acts of God, supplier cancellation, tour postponement, tour relocation, tour rescheduling, or any other expected or unexpected circumstance.

I understand that travel companies often commit funds in advance to hotels, guides, venues, transportation providers, permits, deposits, staffing, marketing, vendors, and other non-recoverable expenses. Therefore, my payments are non-refundable once made.

8. Transfer Credit Instead of Refund

Although no refunds are permitted, 4biddenknowledge TV may allow me to transfer the value of my eligible paid tour amount to another 4biddenknowledge TV tour, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

The transfer option is the sole remedy available to me if I cannot attend, choose not to attend, or if the tour is postponed, rescheduled, relocated, or otherwise affected by circumstances outside 4biddenknowledge TV's control.

Transfer terms:

1. Tour payments may be transferred to another 4biddenknowledge TV tour in any destination and in any future year, subject to availability.
2. If the new tour costs more than the original tour, I am responsible for paying the difference.
3. If the new tour costs less than the original tour, no cash refund will be issued for the difference, though 4biddenknowledge TV may, at its discretion, apply the remaining credit toward upgrades, add-ons, or a future tour.
4. Transfer credits have no cash value.
5. Transfer credits may not be redeemed for money.
6. Transfer credits may not be charged back after acceptance.
7. 4biddenknowledge TV may require written notice and administrative processing before applying any transfer.
8. Transfer availability is not guaranteed for sold-out tours, limited-capacity experiences, VIP access, single-room upgrades, or special events.
9. A transfer does not include airline tickets, travel insurance, visas, passport fees, vaccines, personal expenses, or third-party costs unless specifically stated in writing.

9. Force Majeure and Extraordinary Events

4biddenknowledge TV shall not be liable or responsible for any failure, delay, modification, interruption, cancellation, postponement, relocation, or non-performance caused in whole or in part by events beyond its reasonable control. These events include, but are not limited to:

• War, invasion, terrorism, military conflict, civil unrest, political instability, government action, border closures, visa restrictions, sanctions, embargoes, strikes, labor disputes, airline disruption, supplier failure, natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, earthquake, hurricane, pandemic, epidemic, disease outbreak, quarantine, public health emergency, acts of God, site closures, permit denials, transportation disruption, and any condition making the tour impracticable, unsafe, commercially unreasonable, or impossible.

In such circumstances, 4biddenknowledge TV may, at its sole discretion, reschedule the tour, modify the itinerary, change accommodations, change transportation, change guides, change dates, change destinations, substitute comparable experiences, or offer transfer credit to a future tour. No refunds will be issued due to force majeure or extraordinary events.

10. Itinerary Changes

I understand that itineraries are subject to change at any time.

4biddenknowledge TV may alter, modify, replace, rearrange, postpone, or cancel parts of the itinerary due to weather, safety, site access, supplier availability, political conditions, timing, group needs, transportation issues, or any other reason.

No refund, partial refund, credit, chargeback, or compensation will be owed for itinerary changes, missed activities, substitutions, delays, or schedule adjustments.

11. Travel Documents, Passports, Visas, and Entry Requirements

I am solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining a valid passport, visas, entry permits, vaccinations, health documents, travel authorizations, and all documents required for travel.

4biddenknowledge TV is not responsible if I am denied boarding, denied entry, deported, delayed, quarantined, detained, or removed from a tour due to missing, expired, incorrect, or insufficient documentation.

No refund will be provided if I cannot participate because of passport, visa, vaccination, entry, legal, immigration, customs, or documentation issues.

12. Travel Insurance Strongly Recommended

I understand that 4biddenknowledge TV strongly recommends that I purchase comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, medical emergencies, emergency evacuation, lost luggage, travel delays, missed connections, political evacuation, and cancel-for-any-reason coverage where available.

I understand that my failure to purchase travel insurance is my sole responsibility.

I understand that airline refunds and airline obligations are governed separately from 4biddenknowledge TV's tour terms and do not automatically require a private tour operator to refund a separate land-tour package.

13. Personal Conduct

I agree to conduct myself respectfully, safely, and lawfully during the tour.

4biddenknowledge TV reserves the right to remove any participant from a tour, without refund, if the participant endangers themselves or others; harasses, threatens, abuses, or disrupts others; violates local laws or customs; fails to follow safety instructions; is intoxicated, impaired, aggressive, or disruptive; damages property; interferes with the tour experience; or creates risk for the group, staff, vendors, or the public.

If removed, I am solely responsible for all costs of lodging, transportation, return travel, meals, medical care, and related expenses.

14. Personal Property

I am solely responsible for my belongings, including luggage, electronics, jewelry, passports, money, documents, clothing, cameras, phones, medications, and personal items.

4biddenknowledge TV is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, misplaced, or damaged property.

15. Media Release

I understand that 4biddenknowledge TV may photograph, film, livestream, record, or otherwise capture content during the tour.

I grant 4biddenknowledge TV the irrevocable right to use my name, image, likeness, voice, photograph, video, testimonial, social media handle, and appearance in promotional, commercial, educational, documentary, social media, marketing, advertising, and archival materials without compensation.

If I do not want to be intentionally featured, I must notify 4biddenknowledge TV in writing before the tour begins. I understand that incidental appearance in group footage or public event footage may still occur.

16. Payment Plans and Default

If I enter into a payment plan, I agree to make all payments on time.

Failure to make scheduled payments may result in cancellation of my reservation, loss of my spot, and forfeiture of all amounts paid.

No refund will be issued for missed payments, default, abandoned payment plans, or canceled reservations.

4biddenknowledge TV may, at its discretion, allow paid amounts to be transferred to a future tour credit, but is not required to do so unless confirmed in writing.

17. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

I agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for payments covered by this Agreement.

I understand that by signing this Agreement and completing payment, I am acknowledging the no-refund policy, transfer-credit policy, assumption of risk, and release of liability.

If I initiate a chargeback in violation of this Agreement, I agree to reimburse 4biddenknowledge TV for all chargeback fees, collection costs, attorney fees, administrative costs, and related expenses incurred in responding to the dispute.

18. No Guarantees

4biddenknowledge TV makes no guarantee regarding spiritual experiences, personal transformation, weather, site access, tour outcomes, celebrity or host availability, specific guides, exact itinerary timing, group size, room placement, transportation timing, energy, metaphysical, historical, archaeological, or personal results.

I understand that tour experiences are subjective and may vary.

19. Governing Law and Venue

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or legal action arising out of or related to this Agreement or any 4biddenknowledge TV tour shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

20. Arbitration and Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement, the tour, payments, cancellation, transfer credit, injury, illness, or any claim against 4biddenknowledge TV shall first be submitted to good-faith informal resolution.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to resolve the dispute through binding arbitration in Florida, unless prohibited by law.

I agree that any claim must be brought individually and not as a class action, collective action, mass action, private attorney general action, or representative proceeding.

21. Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4biddenknowledge TV shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, emotional distress, loss-of-enjoyment, lost-opportunity, lost-income, or exemplary damages.

If any liability is found despite this Agreement, I agree that 4biddenknowledge TV's total maximum liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by me directly to 4biddenknowledge TV for the specific tour at issue, excluding third-party costs, airfare, insurance, processing fees, and personal expenses.

22. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving the intent of the Agreement.

23. Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with any invoice, checkout page, written tour terms, itinerary, and signed disclosures, constitutes the entire agreement between me and 4biddenknowledge TV regarding my participation in the tour.

No verbal statement, social media post, email, text message, advertisement, or conversation shall modify this Agreement unless confirmed in a written document signed by an authorized representative of 4biddenknowledge TV.

24. Acknowledgment of Understanding

By signing below, I acknowledge and agree that:

1. I have read this Agreement carefully.
2. I understand that I am giving up legal rights.
3. I understand that all payments are non-refundable.
4. I understand that my sole remedy may be transfer credit to another 4biddenknowledge TV tour.
5. I understand that travel involves serious risks, including injury, illness, death, war, civil unrest, disease, and unexpected disruption.
6. I voluntarily assume all risks.
7. I release 4biddenknowledge TV from liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. I agree to indemnify and hold 4biddenknowledge TV harmless.
